MDA Strategic Plan
In January 2022 the school’s Board of Trustees launched a strategic planning process in order to ensure our school’s continued success and positive impact in the lives of current and future students. The active participation of current students and alumni, faculty and staff, and our parent community played a pivotal role in identifying the plan’s goals, objectives and key performance indicators in each of the following areas of focus:
MDA’s core program focuses on teaching critical thinking in the areas of mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies. Through the use of sophisticated technology, our teachers are able to analyze student data that helps them design and implement individualized learning paths for each student.
